Where do you deliver?
We ship all over New Zealand, both overnight and a 2-3 day service for the North and South Island. We delivery within Dunedin City and Mosgiel free of charge.
Am I allowed to pick up?
We would love to see you! but please note we cannot allow pick up of gifts including alcohol due to liquor licensing conditions. Our workshop is located at 904 George Street. Please contact us to arrange a pick up time.
If I order now, when will it be ready to be sent or picked up?
If you place your order before 10am we will endeavour to have your order ready for the courier the same day, depending on the level of customisation. Please specify a delivery/pick up date on your order to ensure your gift arrives on time.
Can I make changes or substitute items in the gifts boxes and Hampers?
Sure thing. Either get in touch via email or let us know what changes you would like to make in the cart notes. Please note, in some cases this will require extra payment, depending on the items.
Dietary requirements, Can you help?
Not a problem. We offer a wide range of dietary requirement friendly options and can customise a gift to suit most requirements. Get in touch with us and let us know how we can help.
I want something completely custom!

Do you have a liquor license?
We sure do. We have a great selection in stock and can source custom items where needed.
I would like my gift in a timber box with custom etching. How do I go about this?
We love sending out personalised gifts. Either let us know in the cart notes what you would like etched or send us an email at hello@giftsmith.co.nz with the photo, logo or file.
Can I include a personal message to be sent with my gift?
Yes please! We include messages with all the gifts on a plain card. Feel free to purchase one of our locally handmade cards for an extra special touch.
How much does the custom etching cost?
All the custom etching is included in the pricing you see on the website! Let us know what you would like and we will make it happen!
How can I pay?
We have credit card and Debit card facilities on our website. If using this facility you will receive a GST receipt link in your confirmation email.
We also offer an invoice option for approved business. Get in touch if you would like to activate this on your account.
