Shipping policy
Tracking your order - A tracking order will be assigned to your order and sent to you via email upon processing.
Restricted items - Sorry but due to our liquor license we cannot allow pick-ups from our premises with alcohol in an order. We can arrange free delivery in Dunedin or quick and easy courier.
Shipping locations - We ship our gifts all over New Zealand and offer free shipping in Dunedin City.
Addresses - Delivery to PO Boxes and We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, and cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses supplied, or a non-delivery due to access to the given addresses. Please ensure supplied address is correct.
Rural Delivery. - Please allow an extra 24 hours for Rural Delivery.
Delivery Delays - While we will always endeavour to deliver all orders within the specified delivery timeframe, we cannot take responsibility for for late delivery due to incomplete addresses given, weather events, traffic delays, or any other reason beyond our control. If your order has not been received please email us at hello@giftsmith.co.nz and we will contact the courier company on your behalf to establish the location of the parcel and an expected delivery time.
Pick ups - Pick ups from our store can be arranged for gifts that DO NOT contain alcohol. Please reach out if you would like to like to pick up and of our non-alcoholic gift baskets of hampers.
